As we continue to expand our international presence, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Global Sales Executive to join our team.

As a Global Sales Executive specializing in BIM services, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities within our target markets, including the UAE, UK, and US. Your primary focus will be on selling our comprehensive suite of BIM solutions to architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share globally.
- Identify and prioritize potential clients in the UAE, UK, US, and other key markets, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to articulate the value proposition of our BIM services and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and promotional materials tailored to different target audiences.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, addressing client requirements and overcoming objections effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the BIM space, providing insights and recommendations to inform business strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in selling software, technology, or professional services.
- Experience selling BIM solutions or related products in the construction industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the construction lifecycle and familiarity with BIM software platforms (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Bentley MicroStation) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
