We are looking for enthusiastic and confident **freshers** to join our team as **Telecallers** at a reputed logistics institute. If you enjoy talking to people, are good at communication, and want to build a career in the education or logistics sector, this is a great opportunity to start with.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to students and working professionals interested in logistics and supply chain courses
- Share details about available courses, admission process, fees, and career opportunities
- Guide and assist students with their queries
- Maintain records of calls and follow-ups in our system
- Schedule appointments for counseling or webinars
- Ensure a polite and helpful tone in every conversation
- Support the admission and marketing team as needed

**Who Can Apply**:

- Freshers are welcome (Training will be provided)
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate
- Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local Language]
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to handle calls confidently and professionally

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
