**Job Description
**Responsibilities**:
- This role will be focused on technical analysis, comparison of technology / partnership opportunities and identifying the optimum way forward.
- It would also involve working closely with the technical and operations teams to identify strengths and gaps in our portfolio which need to be bridged through acquisition / partnership / etc.
- Will need to be conversant and knowledgeable in both semiconductor packaging roadmaps and industry trends.
- Experienced in partnering with key equipment and materials suppliers to develop and implement enabling elements of the packaging technology.
- Experienced in working with executive audiences (both internal and external. Influencing decisions and leading executive meeting dialogue.
- Role would require creating technical marketing materials to inform customers on our offerings and educate customers on TSAT value proposition relative to competitors.- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work independently in a highly matrixed structure.
- Strong customer orientation and customer service experience is desired.
- Willing to work with internal stakeholders and external customers.

**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering.
- 8-10 years of domain experience in chips packaging with exposure to commercial aspects of the business is must.
- 8+ years' experience in one or more of the following packaging disciplines: die prep, assembly, wafer level processing, sort and test.
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging such as industry and technology trends / leader roadmaps.
- 2+ years' experience in OSAT-Semiconductor customer interface.

**Working Model**- The location would be on-site in Mumbai, India
