We are hiring for one of our reputed client, for a permanent position of Business Associate role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients and realize their maximum
growth potential
- Address, resolve, and record any customer issues that arise pertaining to business growth
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Detail out the Porter’s offerings to the clients and understand their requirements
- Build long term relationships with clients and resolve their queries
- Highlight any trends and concerns to senior management

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, South East - 110020, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
