As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our **Cargo Customer Service Team** in **Chennai **as a **Cargo Customer Service Executive**. The role includes:
- Handling customer requests, queries, escalations and liaising with the relevant stakeholders to provide high level service experience
- Enhancing cargo customer experience and maintain records, preparing analytical reports, presentations and other documentary related to customers.
- Create maximum awareness of QR Cargo products and services among existing and potential customers, as well as internal stakeholders
- Provide management with any market intelligence on the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of QR with regards to services and operations
- Accept bookings for cargo sales and ensure they are properly fed into the cargo IT system according to airline guidelines.
- Escalation and close monitoring of reservations and bookings to ensure all QR procedures and guidelines are adhered to.
- Generating maximum cargo sales by monitoring reservation function in order to meet or exceed the set revenue
Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Qualification with 3 years of job-related experience
- Knowledge of overall cargo operations
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the cargo reservation and tracking system
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to delegate work
