Xpress Health is an Irish based medi-tech focused on providing the best medical services using AI based technology driven solutions into the Irish and UK markets.

We are looking to hire an ambitious and driven **Recruitment Executive** with prior experience working with **Nursing Agencies.**

Key responsibilities:

- Work closely with the recruitment team in Ireland to ensure that all recruitment needs within different regions are met.
- Collaborate on recruitment campaigns with the recruitment consultants, publicise each position, and make the most of the tools and resources to source the best Healthcare Professionals
- Conduct pre-screening, phone and final interviews
- Working with own initiative and reporting to the Recruitment Manager

You will ideally have:

- 1 year prior experience preferrably in a Healthcare Sector
- Experience working with Scheduling & CRM Software
- Ability to work in a fast paced and busy office environment
- Excellent English communication skills, ability to work independently and manage own time
- Experience Recruiting outside of Ireland

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
