We are seeking a highly organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for our back office in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, to support our daily office operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures when required.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma required; additional administrative qualifications are a plus.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
