**Job Description: Nail & Eyelash Trainer**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on nail techniques such as nail extensions, gel/acrylic nails, and nail art.
- Teach eyelash extension methods, including classic, volume, hybrid, and lash lifts.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules and lesson plans.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise practical sessions with students.
- Ensure students understand hygiene, safety, and client care standards.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in nails and eyelashes.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment to motivate students.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in nail artistry and eyelash extensions (international certifications preferred).
- Proven work experience as a professional nail technician and eyelash artist.
- Prior experience as a trainer or educator is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to student success.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of advanced nail art techniques (3D designs, encapsulation, etc.).
- Expertise in lash styling and customizations.
- Familiarity with emerging trends and new tools in the beauty industry.
