International Voice Process Agent

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the medical sector.
- Utilize prior experience in international inbound/outbound sales (minimum 6 months) to effectively communicate and engage with customers.
- Ensure exceptional communication skills, particularly in fluent English.
- Deal directly with U.S. customers, addressing inquiries and providing information as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize lead generation efforts and achieve collective goals.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification of HSC and above.
- Prior experience in international inbound/outbound sales (minimum 6 months) preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in fluent English.
- Comfortable working fixed night shifts (Monday to Friday) with fixed weekends off.
- Must be eligible to work from the office location mentioned.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
