**Hardware and Network**
- Good Understanding of Server/ Laptop/Desktop/Printers.
- Desktop connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience with Desktop and laptop Hardware service.
- Experience with Network cable RJ45 Jack crimping.
- Application installation and support.
- Basic knowledge and experience with monthly patching on Windows 10 endpoints.
- Understanding of technical support practices such as ticket documentation, SLAs, and escalation processes.
- Knowledge of Network topology and working on the network domain.
- Troubleshooting System/Network problems and diagnosing/solving hardware or software faults
- Quick learner, self-starter, the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Updating pending tickets with timely, precise and accurate updates.
- Identifying and escalating high priority, high severity issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Windows**
- Troubleshooting knowledge of Windows 10 Operating Systems.
- Basic knowledge of Windows server operating systems and services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, File Server etc.).
- Experience in IIS and Apache Installation and deployment.
- Managing & Troubleshooting IIS issues.
- Experience with SSL Installation IIS and Apache.
- Experience with MS SQL Installation, Backup, Restore. User Creation.

**AWS**
- Good Understanding of Azure, and deeper knowledge of AWS, VMware and server level.
- Experience in various AWS services like IAM, CloudWatch, EC2, S3, Glacier, RDS.
- Experience in AWS services AMI, Backups, and ACM.
- Experience in AWS services Load balancer, Autosaclling.Cloudfront.Route53.
- Knowledge of AWS Dynamo DB.
- Knowledge of AWS WAF.
- Experience in AWS services SNS, SES.
- Knowdegein CloudFormation to create/manage AWS resources**.**
- Experience in VPC, subnet, Nat, security groups, endpoints.
- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and administration of Linux OS

**Shared Host and Domain.**
- Experience with tools like GIT/Bitbucket, Confluence, Branch creation, user creation etc
- Experience with Hosting (IIS+ My SQL), Plesk, Cpanel, IIS.
- Knowledge of MS SQL Installation, Backup, Restore. User Creation.
- Understanding of Domain Mail configuration.
- Understanding of domain purchase and renovation.
- Basic knowledge of Domain record creation.

**_Note: Notice Period must be 15 days or less. _**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
