The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in system administration, WebSphere technologies, and networking (Network Switching & LAN Technology). 🔧 Must-Have Skills • 3–5 years of experience as a System / Middleware System Administrator • Strong knowledge of WebSphere Application Server & Web Server Administration • Experience with Clustering in WebSphere Application Server & Message Queue • Installation and tuning of WebSphere Application Server / Message Queue Server / Web Server • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting production issues (memory, Java threads, bottlenecks, etc.) • Knowledge of setting up Queue Managers • Strong understanding of Network Switching & LAN Technology ✨ Good-to-Have • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in large, complex project environments 🛠️ Role Responsibilities • Perform end-to-end system administration in large project implementations • Manage and optimize WebSphere and Web Server environments • Handle production troubleshooting and performance tuning • Support LAN network operations and switching infrastructure • Collaborate with development and production support teams • Maintain proper documentation and adhere to IT best practices
