**Job Title: Purchase Executive (Civil) Location**: Mumbai
**Department**: Procurement / Purchase
**Experience**: 2-5 years (Civil Construction Industry preferred)
**Education**: Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field **Salary**: 30k to 35k.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and source reliable suppliers/vendors for civil construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, plumbing, electrical, tiles, etc.).
- Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
- Create purchase orders and ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and stores to understand material requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and price lists.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely purchases to avoid delays in project execution.
- Ensure quality standards are met as per technical specifications.
- Track and manage procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
- Resolve vendor complaints and supply-related issues.
- Prepare periodic reports on purchase activities, pricing trends, and vendor performance.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Good knowledge of civil construction materials and market rates
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement software (e.g., SAP, Tally, etc.)
- Vendor management and sourcing expertise
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and tax implications related to purchases

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous experience in a construction or real estate company
- Hands-on experience in site coordination and material planning

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
