We have an excellent career opportunity with an leading oil & gas company/Energy Company for Contracts - (civil)

**Role & responsibilities**

1. Assist the sourcing of contracts in alignment with Category Manager.

a. Develop demand profile
- Carry out technical & price evaluation of bids
- Receive purchase requisitions / expiring contracts list
- Prepare & release Request for Quotation/ Enquiry to the short-listed vendors
- Study offers from vendors, and prepare a comparative statement to aid in selection of vendors, optimization of price and other commercial terms
- Develop Internal Cost Estimates h. Participate in Commercial Negotiation Meetings
- Set up Agreements and SLAs with the finalized contractors
- Prepare & release the final PO
- Implement escalation process

2. Manage Change Order Process

a. Participate in periodic meetings with the contractors to review performance

b. Coordinate contractor information / confirmation on the changes

3. Manage Contractor Relationships at working Level

Engage with contractors on a regular basis to share organizational requirements

c. Gather feedback from field execution team and contractor
