**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
- Generating promising leads to appointments for the sales team to pursue.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Ensuring completing the daily targeted calls and proper updating of records.
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer queries.
- Coordinating with sales team by managing schedule, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Updating customer details and keeping accurate records of calls and relevant details.
- Be work forced to achieve periodical sales goals and contribute to the success of the sales team.
- Other job responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree/Diploma
- Minimum 3 years experience as telecaller in travel and tourism or any other holiday company.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is essential. Additional fluency in Hindi would be an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month
