**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our real estate services and offerings.
- Provide information about available properties, prices, and investment opportunities.
- Handle inquiries, address concerns, and provide detailed guidance to prospective clients.
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings between potential clients and sales agents.
- Work towards meeting individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Freshers with good communication skills in English & Hindi are welcome to apply.
- No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to handle customer queries effectively and efficiently.
- Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
- Must be comfortable with phone-based interactions and sales.
