Qc Microbiologist

**Position: QC Microbiologist**
- Work Location: Shameerpet, Hyderabad
- Client: One of the top Beverages Company
- Preferably: Beverages Domain
- Salary: 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Do the Micro Analysis as per Bailley / BIS Guidelines
- Calculate the Media & Micro Consumable items on a daily basis
- Monitor Water quality testing (Raw and Product water) as per Bailley and BIS requirements
- Maintain the sanitary and hygienic condition of the manufacturing line to achieve the required results
- Checking and approval of Jars, Preforms, Labels, Closures, Packaging Materials etc
- Periodical visits to distributor warehouses to inspect the storage premises and the material handling.
- Analysis of Chemical parameters as per BIS / Bailley requirements
- Maintain the GMP/GHK of the processing line and warehouses
- Maintaining, reviewing, and reporting all the related records on a daily basis
- Maintain Product Shelf Life Samples availability as per BIS/Bailley norms
- Daily Calibration of the instruments like pH meter, TDS meter, Turbidity meter, Thermometer, etc, and reporting accordingly
- Maintaining the Date coding of both primary and secondary packages
- Addressing Customer Complaints by identifying the RCA (Root cause analysis), and implementing CAPA (Corrective and preventive action Report) preparation, etc

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Education & Experience: B.Sc. or MS/M.Sc(Science) in Food Technology,
- Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry
- Strong experience (2 - 7 years) within a large Indian or MNC Preferably within the Beverage industry
- Should possess Strong analytical, Problem solving & Organizational abilities

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
