**Role Description**
- Daily Tally Calling To All Existing & New Customers To Generate New Inquiries.
- Conducting Market Research On Rival Products.
- Actively Seeking Out New Sales Opportunities Through Cold Calling, Networking
- Setting Up Meetings With Potential Clients And Listening To Their Wishes And Concerns.
- Working With The Sales Team To Develop Targeted Sales Strategies.
- Answering Client Queries About Product Specifications And Uses.
- Tracking Sales Data To Ensure The Company Meets Sales Quotas.
- Creating And Presenting Sales Performance Reports.
- Follow Up With Credit Customer For Outstanding Payment.
- Develop And Maintain Strategic Long-Term Trusting Relationships With High Volume ClientsSuggest Solutions That Answer Clients’ Needs And Wants.
- Establish And Set Up Kpis /Reports For Sharing With Internal & External Clients.
- Resolving Issues Of The Clients In Regards To The Accounts Acting As A Point Of Contact Between The Clients And The Internal Team
- Taking Feedback From The Clients And Working On Them

**Qualifications**
- Interpersonal skills, Communication, and Client Relations skills
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in the logistics or shipping industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
