**About the job**

The role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent organisational and management skills. Successful logistics account executives have a keen eye for detail and are skilled at problem-solving and decision-making that ensures on-time delivery while maintaining strong data calculations & reporting.

**Responsibilities**
- Each day load to be billed in the system/Factoring System & update in Quick Books.
- Expenses and Payroll of Drivers after completion of loads to be processed via system & ACH initiated via Bank.
- Any Advances or lumper or expenses amount to be noted if driver asked for it.
- Able to audit each day tech correctiveness of data entered/billed in the system.
- Receive all calls & answer accordingly to USA Clients.
- Driver Support on Maintenance / Calls.
- Track & trace the observations on drivers and their LOGS.
- Maintenance of schedule and planning.

**Qualifications**
- Experience 0-2 Yrs
- Excellent communication skill
- Experience in logistics industry will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Night shift
