Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document management, and record-keeping.
- Support HR activities, including but not limited to employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with HR-related inquiries.
- Assist in financial and accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, expense management, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support in various operational tasks as needed.
- Manage and maintain internal databases, records, and files ensuring accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.
- Provide IT support by troubleshooting minor technical issues, coordinating with the IT department, and assisting colleagues with basic tech-related queries.
- Assist in logistics, inventory management, and procurement processes as required.
- Contribute to compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support in generating reports, data analysis, and other tasks contributing to the efficient functioning of the back-office operations.
- Graduation is must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

Ability to Commute:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh (required)
