**Advance Excel Compulsary**

*CTC:* ₹2 - ₹4 LPA

*Job Summary:*

We're seeking a Purchase Executive to join our team in Andheri West, Mumbai. As a Purchase Executive, you'll be responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor development, and inventory control. If you have a background in material management and excellent negotiation skills, we'd love to hear from you

*Key Qualifications:*
- Graduate in any field (Diploma in Material Management is an added advantage)
- 2-3 years of experience in purchase or a related field
- Experience in the rubber industry is desirable

*Key Competencies:*
- Material Management
- Purchasing and Vendor Management System
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP MM is an added advantage ( not necessary )

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Identify material requirements and ensure timely supplies
- Follow procurement processes and parameters
- Scout for vendors and issue purchase orders
- Develop and assess vendors periodically
- Control and reduce purchase prices
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues
- Maintain records on purchase price information and submit reports to the Factory Manager

*Skills:*
- Negotiation skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Detailed-oriented
