**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Write compelling copy for posts and social campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Plan and schedule social media content in line with company campaigns, events, and relevant industry trends.
- Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and nurture an active online community by fostering meaningful interactions and discussions with our audience.
- Track and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Prepare and present reports on social media performance, providing actionable insights to improve strategies and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.
- Develop initiatives to grow followers, increase engagement, and build a strong, positive brand presence online.
- Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations to stay ahead in the market and leverage new opportunities.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in BCom, BBA or a related field (preferred but not required)
- 2 years of relevant experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹179,240.76 - ₹641,608.04 per year
