Roles & Responsibilities ? Provides technical support and to lead SAP ABAP team including establishing standards on getting requirements from functional team. ? Should evaluate the solutions and directing enhancements and implementing solutions for performances and ensure standards in design and implementation. ? Planning on project requirements design developments and testing. ? Technical excellence to govern the modifications towards high standards and ensure no operational impact during transportation of objects. ? Manage Critical issues to handle in a quick turnaround time to ensure business continuity by providing technical fixes ? Resource plan for all project activities and manage to deliver all RICEFS on given project timelines. ? Design and develop SAP technical architecture requirements and specifications to ensure the system is meeting corporate needs. ? Work with Basis team and Dev team for Production copy upgrades and patching of S/4 during the cutovers to SIT UAT and Prod ? Customer communications with project team ABAPers and internal customers. ? Understand and document technical requirements perform customer knowledge transfer ? Work within a group of ABAPs consultant(s) SAP Integration Object consultants and coordinate work with other module leads/consultants ? Assist Engagement Manager and lead project in related areas as required ? Requirement: ? Extensive knowledge and experience in SAP Native ABAP & S4 HANA ? Minimum 12 years? experience in ABAP in both ECC implementations and S4H Migrations ? Extensive knowledge and experience on ODATA Services CDS HANA (AMDP CDS Modelling & Scripting). ? Expertise in contributing towards the implementation support and roll-out of objects of FTM OM. ? Leading onsite & offshore HANA team from multiple locations which is responsible for providing HANA Solutions globally. ? Managed onsite development & support functional specification review technical specification writing performance tuning and incident analysis and solutions. ? Skilled in understanding the business scenarios for major modules of SAP in order to meet with client's specific business process ? S/4 Hana certification is preferred ? Experience to support multi-countries ? Excellent communications and Presentation skills
