**Job Summary**:
The Sr Developer HANA ABAP possesses in-depth knowledge and experience to work autonomously. The position is responsible for the overall design, development, and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Applications. The role is proficient in the areas of solution design, development, performance tuning and troubleshooting. Working in a global environment, this role has a hands-on approach capable of working across teams and time zones.

This role must have strong hands-on experience in Workflows and ABAP OO programming. Odata and CDS views is good to have.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Utilizes knowledge of best practices and acts as a SME to provide the technical solution design.
- Investigates and corrects production issues.
- May be involved with supports and training other team members.
- Other duties as assigned

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of relevant experience in the areas specified under Essential

**Responsibilities**:
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Experience gathering requirements and providing technical solution design.
- Practical/Project/Hands-on Experience in SAP HANA Studio or Eclipse, ABAP Programming.
- Expertise in building Workflows with the new OOABAP based objects.
- Expertise in coding for agent determination.
- Knowledge in the new webflow architecture is desirable
- Knowledge in HR ABAP is good to have.
- Knowledge in OData and CDS views is good to have.
- Must have excellent analytical, logical problem solving and technological skills.
- Ability to work in a global and virtual environment and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced & complex environment with a self-motivated work ethic; utilize sound judgment with an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
- Able to comply with the company’s safety and quality policies always
