**Job Summary**:
The Process Executive in Operations is responsible for issuing insurance policies and managing follow-ups with allocated agencies. This role requires an organized and proactive individual who can ensure smooth processing of policies and maintain effective communication with agency partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Policy Issuance**: Accurately process and issue insurance policies, ensuring all necessary documentation and details are complete and compliant with company standards.

**Agency Follow-Up**: Regularly follow up with allocated agencies to monitor policy processing, address queries, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

**Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of policy issuance and agency interactions in the company's system.

**Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for agencies, providing support and resolving any issues related to policy processing.

**Quality Control**: Ensure all policies are issued in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Reporting**: Provide regular updates to the operations manager on policy issuance status and agency performance.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Previous experience in operations, insurance processing, or a similar role is preferred.

**Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail with the ability to process information accurately.

**Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective agency interaction.

**Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Technical Skills**:Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and policy issuance systems.

**Team Player**:Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Education**:
Diploma or Degree.

A bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or a related field is a plus.
