- Responsibilities_
- 1. Team Leadership:_
- _Lead a team of payroll analysts, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing._
- _Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance efficiency._
- 2. Payroll Operations:_
- _Oversee payroll activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations._
- _Address and resolve complex payroll issues or escalations._
- 3. Reporting and Analytics:_
- _Generate payroll reports for management review and decision-making._
- _Analyse trends and provide insights to improve payroll operations._
- 4. Compliance and Process Improvement:_
- _Ensure compliance with US statutory requirements and company policies._
- _Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements._
- Qualifications we seek in you_

- Minimum Qualifications_

**_ _**
- _Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field._
- _4-6 years of payroll experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role._
- _Advanced proficiency in payroll software and reporting tools._
- _Five Days working from Office_

- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Certification in payroll management or HR operations._
- _Experience in process improvement and automation._
- _Preference of an understanding of Workday/HRMS Payroll module_
