Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller cum Digital Marketer at Digital Bonjour. The Telecaller cum Digital Marketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients and leads, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and managing social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Experience in telecalling and digital marketing, Making Outbound Calls: The Telecaller cum Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote the company's products or services.

Handling Inbound Calls: The Telecaller cum Digital Marketing Executive is also responsible for handling inbound calls from customers and resolving their queries or concerns related to the products or services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience in a similar role is preferred

Managing Social Media Accounts: The Telecaller cum Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for managing the company's social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and responding to customers' queries or concerns on social media platforms.

Conducting Market Research: The Telecaller cum Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for conducting market research to identify potential customers and competitors in the market.

Developing Marketing Strategies: The Telecaller cum Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing marketing strategies based on market research and customer feedback to increase the company's sales and revenue.

Generating Sales Leads: The Telecaller cum Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for generating sales leads by identifying potential customers and converting them into sales.

Tracking Marketing Performance: The Telecaller cum Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for tracking the company's marketing performance by analyzing data, creating reports, and making recommendations for improvement.
