
Personal Secretary

**PA & Secretory to the Chairman**:
Manage the Chairman's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintain an efficient filing system for documents and records.
**Communication Management**:
Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal teams or external stakeholders.
**Meeting Coordination**:
Organize and coordinate board meetings, conferences, and events.
Take detailed meeting minutes and ensure follow-ups on action items.
Arrange travel and accommodation for the Chairman.
**Confidentiality and Discretion**:
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Ensure professionalism in dealing with high-level contacts and confidential matters.
**Operational Support**:
Anticipate the needs of the Chairman and proactively address them.
Conduct research and provide data or background information for meetings and decisions.
Support the Chairman in personal tasks when required.
**Liaison and Coordination**:
Coordinate with various departments to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
**Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years as a personal secretary or in an executive assistant role.
**Skills**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential matters.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
