**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 5-7 years of total software testing experience with at least 3+ years in **Worksoft Certify automation**.
- Hands-on experience in Selenium Java/C# test automation.
- Very good in API Testing and test automation using either Selenium or Worksoft.
- Strong knowledge of **business process automation** in ERP systems like **SAP**, **Oracle**, or **Salesforce**.
- Experience with **CI/CD pipeline integration** (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Proficiency in designing and executing **automated regression and functional test suites**.
- Solid understanding of **SDLC**, **STLC**, and **test automation best practices**.
- Familiarity with **defect management tools** (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
- Good understanding of **Agile** and **DevOps methodologies**.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Worksoft Certify certification (preferred).
- Exposure to **performance testing tools**, or **test data management tools** is a plus.
- Experience working in a **regulated or enterprise environment** is an advantage.
