Design Coordinator

As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced_ _**_Design Coordinator _**to join our growing team.

This role involves managing and coordinating design projects from concept through execution, ensuring that all creative deliverables meet brand standards and project goals. You will collaborate closely with designers, marketing teams, and external vendors, playing a pivotal role in delivering high-quality creative assets that drive the brand forward.

**What you’ll do**:

- Manage design projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Coordinate between teams to ensure that all creative assets meet project goals and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and the marketing team to generate creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Facilitate the creative process by ensuring smooth communication and alignment on project goals.
- Collaborate with external vendors (agencies, freelancers) to manage the delivery of creative assets.
- Serve as the point of contact between design teams and other departments, ensuring cohesive design output across all touchpoints.
- Ensure all design outputs (digital, print, etc.) maintain consistency with the brand’s visual identity.
- Oversee design quality control, providing feedback to designers to ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Review and approve design materials, ensuring high standards of quality, functionality, and brand alignment.
- Conduct detailed assessments to guarantee all outputs meet the creative brief and project objectives.
- Maintain organized records of all project files, assets, and documentation for future reference.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and performance.
- Adapt design assets to fit specific markets (regionally or culturally), ensuring relevance while maintaining core brand identity.

**What you bring**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a design coordination or project management role, preferably in a fast-paced industry like fintech or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of design processes, branding, and visual communication principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different departments and work with external partners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fintech environment or familiarity with fast-growing tech companies would be considered an advantage..
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience in digital marketing.
- Ability to adapt designs for different cultural and market needs across Europe.
- A personal style that demonstrates authority, commitment and consistency, and inspires trust and confidence.
- Fluency in English.
