Interior Designer

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management & Client Coordination:

- Take ownership of assigned projects, managing all stages from initial concept to final implementation.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget requirements.
- Explain and present design concepts, finishes, materials, and detailed drawings to clients, ensuring their vision aligns with design specifications.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients for feedback, approvals, and project updates.

2. Design Development:

- Prepare, develop, and review interior design plans, layouts, and furniture selections based on project requirements.
- Create detailed and precise interior and furniture working drawings, ensuring technical accuracy.
- Work with AutoCAD 2D and 3D for detailed drafting and layout creation.
- Utilize design software to produce visual presentations and mockups that capture the project's design intent.

3.3D Rendering & Visualization (Optional)
- Knowledge of 3D rendering software, including 3DS Max and Corona, to create realistic and compelling visualizations is a plus.
- Produce 3D models and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts and material selections to clients.

4. collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with both the design team and the on-site execution team to ensure project details are accurately translated into reality.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring design specifications are met and addressing any issues that arise.
- Provide guidance and support to the on-site team to achieve the desired output quality and timeliness.
- Be a proactive team player, contributing positively to the team environment and supporting other team members as needed.

5.Technical Proficiency
- Utilize AutoCAD for detailed interior and furniture working drawings, ensuring all aspects of the design are documented.
- Ensure technical drawings and documents meet industry standards and align with client expectations.
- Prepare mood boards, color schemes, and material boards as part of the design presentation package.

6. Quality Control
- Oversee quality control of interior finishes, furniture, and installations, ensuring all elements meet the company’s standards and project requirements.
- Identify and solve design challenges promptly, ensuring the final result aligns with the design concept and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.

Skills:Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, with experience in creating detailed interior and furniture working drawings.

Rendering Software: Knowledge of 3D rendering software such as 3DS Max and Corona is highly desirable.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently present ideas and solutions to clients.

Client Management:Proven ability to manage client relationships, communicate design concepts effectively, and handle client interactions professionally.

Team Player:Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work seamlessly within a team, including both design and on-site execution teams.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in both design and project execution to ensure the highest quality outcomes.

Flexibility: Ability to adapt to project demands, client feedback, and unforeseen challenges in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with site execution and knowledge of materials and finishes.
- Experience in managing both residential and commercial interior projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,141.94 per month
