**Job Summary**:
The MIS Executive is responsible for the efficient management of the company's data processing, reporting, and information systems. The role includes ensuring that data is accurate, accessible, and stored in a secure manner while providing timely reports to support decision-making. The MIS Executive also works closely with other departments to automate processes and improve data management systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Handling store operations and prepare MIS reports.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Collect, organize, and maintain company data in databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
- Generate and distribute reports on business performance, key metrics, and trends as per business needs.
- Create and manage dashboards to provide real-time insights into operations.
- Maintain data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- **Systems Management**:

- Ensure smooth functioning of the company's MIS systems, software, and databases.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with IT teams for maintenance, upgrades, and backups of the MIS systems.
- **Automation & Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with different departments to automate repetitive tasks.
- Develop automated reporting tools and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Train staff on the use of MIS tools and reporting systems.
- **Compliance & Security**:

- Ensure compliance with data security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly review system security protocols and manage data access controls.
- Conduct periodic audits to identify and address vulnerabilities in the MIS.
- **Collaboration**:

- Liaise with other departments to gather requirements for new reports and system functionalities.
- Provide technical support and training to non-technical staff on data and system usage.
- **Documentation & Support**:

- Document all processes, system configurations, and user guides for MIS-related activities.
- Provide ongoing support for system users and troubleshoot MIS-related issues.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in data management, MIS, or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, MS Access).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM software, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud computing (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
