Key Responsibilities
- **Food Preparation**:Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits; accurately measure and prepare ingredients; prepare basic salads and sauces as directed.
- **Inventory & Stock Management**:Receive and store deliveries, verify quality and quantity of items, take inventory of supplies, and discard expired or spoiled food.
- **Kitchen Maintenance**:Clean and sanitize workstations, monitor kitchen equipment, and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene.
- **Dish Assistance**:Assist senior chefs with cooking and plating dishes, ensuring consistent quality and proper presentation.
- **Safety & Compliance**:Follow all instructions from superiors and comply with food health and safety regulations.
- **Teamwork**:Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Culinary Skills**: Proficiency in various cooking techniques, including food preparation and recipe execution.
- **Hygiene & Safety**: Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain organized work stations.
- **Communication & Teamwork**: Excellent teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen staff.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy food items and ingredients.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn new skills and adjust cooking processes based on feedback.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a kitchen setting is often preferred.

Pay: ₹15,509.53 - ₹25,065.36 per month
