**Job Title**: Telecaller - Ayurvedic Industry
**Responsibilities**:
- **Product Promotion**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about Ayurvedic products, treatments, and services.
- Promote the health benefits of Ayurvedic products like herbs, oils, supplements, and wellness packages.
- Upsell or cross-sell related products to existing customers based on their preferences or needs.
- **Customer Education**:
- Educate customers about the advantages of Ayurveda for health and wellness.
- Provide detailed information on product ingredients, their uses, and any Ayurvedic treatments or services offered by the company.
- Answer customer inquiries about Ayurvedic remedies, treatment protocols, and lifestyle tips.
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**:
- Identify potential leads through cold calling, follow-ups, or referrals.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for in-depth consultations or meetings with Ayurvedic experts or sales representatives.
- Keep track of leads, conversion rates, and sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build rapport with customers by understanding their health and wellness needs.
- Provide personalized service based on customer requirements, offering tailored Ayurvedic solutions.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and in accordance with company policies.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly call activities and sales metrics.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- **Follow-up Calls**:
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct post-sales calls to check on customer progress with Ayurvedic products or services.
- **Feedback Collection**:
- Gather customer feedback about the Ayurvedic products or treatments they’ve used.
- Report customer insights to the product development or quality assurance teams for continuous improvement.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and explain the benefits of Ayurvedic products.
- **Knowledge of Ayurveda**: A general understanding of Ayurvedic principles, products, and treatments is beneficial but not always required.
- **Customer-Focused**: Ability to empathize with customers and offer personalized Ayurvedic solutions.
- **Sales Skills**: Experience in telemarketing or sales, with the ability to persuade and convert leads into customers.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple leads, maintain records, and keep track of sales performance.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure accuracy when handling product information, customer data, and sales records.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in health or wellness industries, especially Ayurveda, herbal products, or natural remedies.
- Previous experience in telecalling or telesales.
- Basic knowledge of Ayurveda or holistic health practices would be an advantage.
