Mohana Realty is dedicated to offering clarity, trust, and value in every client interaction.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Bhubaneswar. The Telecaller will be responsible for performing daily outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients, explaining property details, and generating interest. Responsibilities include maintaining client databases, following up with leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. The Telecaller will also handle inquiries, provide excellent customer support, and assist in nurturing strong client relationships.QualificationsExcellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skillsCustomer service and client relationship management abilitiesProficiency in telecommunication tools, CRM software, and basic computer skillsOrganizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining client recordsAbility to explain complex property details clearly and persuasivelyExperience in the real estate industry or sales is a plusHigh school diploma or higher education preferredProficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages is an advantage
