Job Title: Partner - Banking & Finance (Sustainability Focus)
Reporting To: Country Managing Partner

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:

- Lead business development efforts targeting the Banking and Finance sector.
- Build strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders in banks, financial institutions, and related entities.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Identify opportunities for consulting projects, focusing on sustainability-driven transformation.

Consulting Expertise:

- Lead consulting engagements from inception to delivery, ensuring high client satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
- Offer advisory services in areas such as sustainable finance, risk management, ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) compliance, and climate risk.
- Customize sustainability solutions for financial sector clients, integrating them with operational and strategic business objectives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and foster a collaborative, innovative culture.

Sustainability Leadership:

- Stay ahead of trends in sustainability, particularly related to financial markets and regulations.
- Champion sustainability initiatives and integrate them into client offerings, ensuring alignment with global standards like the UN SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).
- Develop internal and external thought leadership on sustainable finance and climate-related risks.
- Engage in public forums, conferences, and events to promote the firm’s sustainability agenda.

Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in Banking and Finance, with at least 7 years in a sales leadership or consulting role.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-value client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability principles, particularly in relation to finance (ESG, sustainable finance, green bonds, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Master’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field. An advanced qualification in Sustainability is a plus.
