IT Admin

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Ensure network security and optimize performance.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
- Respond to and resolve IT tickets promptly.
- Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions to ensure data integrity.
- Regularly test recovery procedures and maintain disaster recovery plans.
- Manage antivirus, firewalls, and other security tools.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
- Maintain inventory and procurement of IT equipment and licenses.
- Document IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
- Generate reports on IT performance and incidents.
- Identify and implement improvements to IT processes and systems.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Fresher
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
- Understanding of backup and recovery tools.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
