Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Development:

- Develop and update curriculum for accounting courses based on industry trends, academic standards, and institutional requirements.
- Design course outlines, learning objectives, and assessment methods to ensure comprehensive coverage of accounting principles and practices.
- Instruction and Delivery:

- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops on accounting topics using various teaching methodologies.
- Employ multimedia tools, case studies, and real-world examples to enhance learning and facilitate understanding.
- Foster interactive discussions, encourage student participation, and address queries to clarify concepts effectively.
- Assessment and Evaluation:

- Develop assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate student understanding and progress accurately.
- Provide constructive feedback on assignments, projects, and examinations to guide students in improving their performance.
- Maintain records of student grades, attendance, and academic progress, adhering to institutional policies and procedures.
- Academic Support:

- Offer additional academic support to students through office hours, tutorials, and mentoring sessions.
- Assist students in understanding complex accounting concepts, solving problems, and preparing for examinations.
- Identify and address individual learning needs, providing personalized guidance and resources as necessary.
- Professional Development:

- Stay abreast of developments in accounting principles, regulations, and practices through continuous learning and professional development activities.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and contribute to academic excellence.
- Collaboration and Engagement:

- Collaborate with colleagues and academic staff to coordinate course delivery, share best practices, and maintain consistency in academic standards.
- Engage with industry professionals, alumni, and relevant stakeholders to enrich the learning experience through guest lectures, industry projects, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Master’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and other relevant areas.
- Prior teaching experience in accounting or related disciplines at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.
- Proficiency in instructional design, curriculum development, and educational technology tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring and supporting student learning.
- Commitment to maintaining high academic standards, fostering student success, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA are desirable.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and assessment processes in higher education institutions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
