Sales Coordinator

1. Calling Stores: Call retail stores to coordinate and follow up on operations related to buy-back
laptops.
2. Pricing Support: Provide accurate pricing information for buy-back laptops to stores and
customers.
3. Logistics Coordination: Arrange pickups of laptops from all locations through field executives.
4. Daily Scheduling: Assign and manage daily schedules for field executives to ensure timely pickupsand deliveries
10:30 AM: Call all Field Executives to discuss their tasks for the day.
Pick up Laptop Details Entry Update in Google Sheet.
Maintain hardcopy register.
Coordinate with Head Cashier (Stores):
Verify laptop details (serial no., model, quantity, etc.).
Handle Store Enquiries:
Call stores with pending queries. Solve or escalate as needed.
Provide accurate pricing to Filed Executives as and when needed. If stuck anywhere connect with
Hirock Sir for accurate pricing of the laptop.
You have to make monthly schedules for field Executives for all location.
Field Executive Follow-ups (Location Specific)
Every 2 Hours (12:30 PM, 2:30 PM, 4:30 PM, 6:30 PM):
Get updates from field executives in Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad.
Throughout the Day
Follow Up:
Courier services for the laptop delivery and receivable parcels.
If Field Executive Can't Visit Store, You has to book laptop delivery.
Laptop movements, inventory changes, delivery status, etc.
Inventory Management: Update and review laptop stock daily.
End of Day
Update Daily Activity Sheet send to reporting manager before you leave for the day.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
