**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and timely **sales quotations** for prospective and existing clients
- **Follow up** on quotations, orders, and pending payments
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth **order processing and delivery**:

- Maintain customer records and update sales-related data
- Perform basic **web research** and data gathering as needed
- Utilize **MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)** effectively for daily tasks

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of **MS Office** (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow up consistently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in a sales support or sales coordination role is a plus
- Minimum qualification: [Insert educational requirement, e.g., Bachelor's degree or equivalent]

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Familiarity with CRM systems (optional)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
