Location: Sector-44, Gurugram, Haryana-122003

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Supporting new team members’ onboarding, workstation, Laptop's, office supplies etc.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
- Scheduling & managing travel arrangements of the company
- Support company operations by maintaining office systems.
- Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

**Requirements & Skills**
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to multitask
- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with mínimal supervision
- Flexible to work in evening & night shift
- Graduate or Diploma
