**JOB DESCRIPTION: MASS AND COMMUNICATION INTERN**

We are a dynamic event management company specializing in creating memorable experiences through large-scale events, social gatherings, and brand activations. We are looking for enthusiastic Mass Communication Interns to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Assist in developing engaging content for social media, blogs, and promotional materials.

2. Draft press-releases, event write-ups, and newsletters.

3. Support in creating communication strategies to promote upcoming events.

4. Manage online and offline campaigns to maximize event attendance.

5. Coordinate with media outlets for event coverage and publicity.

6. Maintain a database of media contacts and influencers.

7. Assist in coordinating with vendors, speakers, and attendees during events.

8. Gather feedback and testimonials from event participants for future promotions.

9. Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

3. Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools is a plus.

4. Passion for event management.

5. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
