**Job Summary**:As a Commi 3, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, responsible for assisting in the preparation of high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your role involves learning and honing basic culinary skills, following recipes, and contributing to the overall success of our kitchen operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and plating of food items as per the recipes and standards set by the head chef.
- Handle basic kitchen tasks such as peeling, chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient production of dishes during peak hours.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working under pressure, maintaining effective communication within the team.
- Learn and execute basic cooking techniques, as well as new dishes introduced by the head chef.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen stations before and after each shift.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment and tools are used and maintained properly, reporting any malfunction or damage to the appropriate authority.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve your culinary skills and keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining an organized inventory of ingredients, ensuring that stock levels are sufficient for daily operations.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Sous Chef or Head Chef as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary school education is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Commi 3 or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing within a culinary career.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
