**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive

**Location**: Chandigarh (Punjab) & Meerut (Uttar Pradesh)
**Company**: A reputed 55-year-old pharmaceutical company headquartered in New Delhi with a strong global presence, specializing in the publishing of books and journals in health sciences.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell company’s medical and healthcare publications in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients including doctors, hospitals, medical colleges, and bookstores.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the reporting manager.
- Provide market feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and customer data through CRM or other reporting tools.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, or conferences when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate degree (Science or Pharmacy preferred).

**Experience**:

- 1 to 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical publishing industry.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and the local regional language (Punjabi for Chandigarh, Hindi for Meerut).
- Strong negotiation and client handling abilities.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel within the territory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
