Packaging and filling machine operators are responsible for running the machines that prepare products.The primary job of a packaging operator is to take the finished product and ensure that it is packaged based on the company and industry standards.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Experience in manufacturing or related field.
- Knowledge on Operating the machinery used for packaging products in the manufacturing area daily.
- Familiarity with GMP and CGMP standards
- Team Player.
- Basic shop skills, such as using hand tools.
- Basic math and reading skills

**Role & Responsibility**:

- Responsible for Investigation related to packaging (including filling stoppering, Visual Inspection, Labeling Packing) issues.
- Responsible for operating the machinery used in packaging and conducting routine inspection and preventative equipment maintenance. Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure smooth packaging operations.
- Perform final checks for defective items and ensure that all working items make it to the loading area or inventory and keep detailed records of materials and shipments.
- Starting up and stopping the machine as necessary, including refilling packaging material.
- Performing routine checks to ensure that the machine is in an operable state.
- Ensuring the correct packaging is used for specific product ranges and that packaging is done in line with the company standards.
- Reporting faulty packaging or problems on the machines to the relevant managers.
- Inspecting final products.
- Identify and dispose of defective items.
- Moving of completed boxes of products to the correct inventory area.
- Adhering to the safety regulations and protocol implemented in the packaging area.
- Completing all relevant documentation on the packing and maintenance of the packaging machines.
- Label packages for shipment and stack them on pallets
- Inspect products for quality control and report any issues
- Properly use packaging materials, including hand tools, glues, nails, padding, etc.
- Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage.
- work independently as well as a team in a GMP manufacturing/packaging environment and Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging
- Keep complete records of all materials that go through the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
