**Your Responsibilities Include**:

- **Collaboration with Hiring Managers**: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies.
- **Interview Coordination**: Conduct interviews and coordinate with operations teams for recruitment alignment.
- **Onboarding Management**: Guide new hires through the onboarding process, collaborating with HR and teams to enhance their experience.
- **Business Development**: Source business opportunities and engage with clients for potential collaborations.
- **Relationship Building**: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, assist in workforce planning, and address staffing challenges.

**Note: Laptop is Mandatory**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
