The Graphic Designer at Bczar Studio will get an opportunity on entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of the brand.

Ensure your graphics capture the attention of those who view them and convey the right message. You need to have a creative flair and the ability to translate requirements into designs. If you are able to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team, we would like to hear from you.

The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

What will I be responsible for?

Ideate and create videos/graphics for various social media campaigns.

Create design templates and layouts for various marketing platforms.

Creating graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, brochures, presentations, and posters including standard templates, Social Media Post.

Creating designs using Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, and After Effects.

Understand the core difficulties and devise a creative and practical solution.

Perform research and analyze the real expectation of the user.

Amend designs after feedback

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements

Testing graphics across various media

What are the requirements for this role?

Proven graphic designing experience

A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Photoshop)

A keen eye for aesthetics and details

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus point.
