**Position: Senior Oracle Implementation and Migration Specialist**

**Location**: Bhopal

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- **Pre-Implementation Planning**: - Lead comprehensive assessments of existing infrastructure, identify improvement areas, and provide strategic recommendations. - Develop, refine, and manage a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations based on a thorough understanding of the project's scale and criticalities
- **Oracle Database Implementation**:

- Oversee the installation and configuration of Oracle Database servers, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security in alignment with industry best practices. - Lead migration planning and execution, addressing complex challenges and ensuring mínimal downtime for mission-critical systems. - Implement post-migration adjustments and optimizations, demonstrating a deep understanding of Oracle Database intricacies.
- **Oracle Database Design**: - Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct in-depth discussions, gathering and documenting specific database design requirements that align with the organization's long-term goals. - Design and implement Oracle databases, incorporating advanced techniques for normalization, indexing, and data integrity, showcasing a wealth of experience in complex database architectures
- **Oracle WebLogic Server Migration**: - Manage the installation and configuration of Oracle WebLogic Server, optimizing parameters for peak performance and reliability.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum **5 years of relevant work experience** in roles of increasing responsibility.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex Oracle implementation and migration projects.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Database and WebLogic Server.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Project management experience is a significant advantage

**Salary**: 25000 to 50000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
