Collect material from the office and travel to school

Meet-Greet & Ensure AV is setup for screening videos - 30 mins [if the school has AV equipment]

Play 3 videos - 25 Mins

Conduct Quiz - 5 questions - 20 mins

Conduct Essay Writing - 60 Mins (Max)

Tally collected back Essay sheets & fill 'Event Completion Form ' in front of the school coordinator - 20 Mins

Meet the principal to take sign and seal on the duly filled-in 'Event Completion Form ' - 15 Mins

Get the Principal & coordinator to scan the QR code to follow and join TBI on Instagram - 15 Mins

Return to the office and drop material after the event.

The client will train you before starting the activity.
