The Service Advisor is responsible for interacting with customers to understand their vehicle service needs, providing recommendations, and ensuring that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of automotive services, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and determine their vehicle service needs.
- Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring availability and efficiency.
- Communicate with customers to explain the necessary repairs, maintenance, and costs.
- Provide accurate estimates and information on service timelines.
- Advise customers on preventive maintenance and service options based on vehicle condition.
- Create and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle issues, and service history.
- Collaborate with technicians and service team to ensure timely and accurate completion of services.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly, maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Review completed work orders and ensure all necessary parts are ordered and delivered.
- Upsell products and services, including warranties, accessories, and maintenance packages.
- Handle payments and invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing.
- Maintain knowledge of automotive industry trends and service offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require an associate's or bachelor's degree).
- Prior experience in customer service or automotive service (preferred).
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.

**Working Conditions**:

- Typically works in a dealership or automotive service shop environment.
- May require working extended hours or weekends based on service demand.

Pay: ₹10,573.76 - ₹23,413.76 per month
