**Job Title: Project Coordinator**
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Project Planning and Scheduling**:
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate project meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Monitor project progress and report any deviations from the plan to the project manager.
2. **Communication and Collaboration**:
- Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and management.
- Communicate project status updates, issues, and risks to relevant parties.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork among project members to ensure alignment with project goals.
3. **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare regular progress reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for project meetings and reviews.
4. **Risk Management**:
- Identify and assess project risks and issues.
- Assist in developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Monitor and track the resolution of project issues and escalate as necessary.
5. **Quality Assurance**:
- Support quality assurance efforts by ensuring project deliverables meet established standards.
- Assist in conducting quality reviews and inspections as required.
6. **Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Assist in the procurement of resources and materials needed for project execution.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of project management.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Project management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) is desirable.
- Previous internship or work experience in a project coordination or administrative role is beneficial.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
